When do orders ship out?

Orders typically ship out within 48 hours of placing your order, however this time may vary depending on local holidays, or store wide sales.

How are orders packed?

Depending on what products you order will change the packaging but most orders are packed away in a bubble mailer and in bigger product or larger quantity orders a well packed box.

When is your next sale?

Sales depend on how much inventory is available at the moment, my goal is to have a sale every 2 month or so but this is not guaranteed. If you wish to be updated when the next sale will be in advance please subscribe to my newsletter or follow my Instagram for more frequent updates. 

What are your goals for your website and company?

My goals are to provide a single place where any diecast customizer can access easily and find all the supplies they need in order to help bring their ideas to real life.

Can you make me Custom Decals or 3D Prints?

No, I do not do custom decals at this moment however I wish to change that in the future.

For custom 3D Prints I am open to collaboration in large quantities only usually 50+pieces. If you are planning on making a series for an upcoming convention and would like me to model and/or print please contact me at hhwcustoms3@gmail.com
